      Vegan and Parve, what?

      Extraordinary chocolate. I buy vegan chocolate for my vegan daughter. I mostly use it to make a graham cracker fruit bar/dessert that's a family holiday favorite. I've tried a bunch of different brands and a lot of them, honestly, are simply no good. They tend to be rather harsh or just plain bitter. As if, if it's vegan you expect it to not be good. Well, not this. This is smooth and mellow and wonderfully creamy, except without the cream. I don't care for milk chocolate very much, but this vegan chocolate tastes ( to me ), like what milk chocolate *should* taste like; perfection.
